"It was a beautiful property! Wonderful staff, and clean rooms. The pool was wonderful and we even had transportation to the park. Definately a go to hotel"

"Awesome place. Only issue is being a gym rat there were teenage kids in the gym using the equipment in an unsafe manner. The sign says no children under 16 without supervision. Furthermore, a gentleman had his 5-6 year old son in there, wearing his pajamas and flip flops, lifting weights while the father walked on the treadmill and not supervising his child."

"This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The rooms were very comfortable and even had a small kitchen. The free breakfast was over the top! Great variety of things to choose from and everything was so fresh. I would definitely choose this hotel again when in Pigeon Forge the next time. "

"The room was nice but we constantly had water on the floor from the AC that was in a corner closet. They came twice but did not get it fixed while we were there. "

"I haven't heard anything about another toilet paper shortage? We got 1.5 rolls for a week stay. We weren't impressed with this hotel, they never made the bed one time. They did empty the trash once, and replaced the towels once. I won't make the mistake of staying at a Marriott hotel ever again."

"Nice location and it helped as my husband was very sick while we were there. I had to drive and the Teaster Back road helped me out with the traffic. The room was very clean, the view of the river nice. The bed was very uncomfortable, I never like the pillows and bring my own pillows from home. When we arrived no one was at the check in counter. We had to knock on the office door to get help. No smiles they acted like we had inconvenienced them to request help. We had a 4 pm check in time...
