"I was very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Hamilton Agadir. The room was in very poor condition: the bed was extremely hard, the bedding did not feel clean, and the bathroom was old, poorly maintained, and smelled bad. The towels looked more like old rugs than hotel towels, there were not enough provided for the family, and there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival. When I asked reception for clean towels, I was told that the person responsible for towels was not there, which is not...

"Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles"

"Hotel reception was over the top friendly. Our room was lovely and very large. We ate at the restaurant twice in the evenings and both meals were very tasty. The restaurant staff could have a bit more friendly. I had a massage and a facial. The massage was wonderful. We would stay there again."
