"There was old food in our room fridge from previous people There was an awful smell everytime you opened the door The air con was terrible in such hot weather The staff were barley helpful on checking in We only stayed one night if our 3 night booking and checked into another hotel for the remaining 2 nights"

"We paid almost 1000 USD for a room but were very disappointed in the quality of the room. It was a very basic room (like a 3 star hotel). The bathroom was old and the tiles had mold & mildew. The room was poorly furnished and we were shocked that they cherished 1000$ for it. We could have stayed at luxury hotels in Nice for the same price (we checked the rates). Do NOT recommend staying here."

"Location excellent. Room was not clean good. Drain in shower was not working. In one mins was floating. 3 days take to fix. Water was leaking from ceiling at midnight. A/C problem. Shot of a/c till fixed next day. Not install grill on a/c and air was flow every where. Next day install the grill. Make pictures of every thing. Will ask Expedia compensation."

"Does not feel like a 4 star hotel. The rooms were not cleaned very well…. I don’t even know if my bedsheets got fully changed… I could smell dirty cheesy feet near the pillow when I was sleeping… I was so thrown off by the smell. The filtered glass bottle water they provided was clearly not cleaned by the previous guest who put their lips on the bottle… thank goodness I checked it before pouring myself a glass of water. The carpet had some red stains…. The tub did not drain well when showering...

"Our full-day group tour was cancelled owing to some logistics issues but the front desk staff person when we checked-in was a BIG BIG help to us. He did 2 key things that I truly appreciate and am thankful for 1. He immediately offered to arrange tours via alternate vendors and although everyone was full, I give him credit for at least trying 2. He suggested "Plan B" to help us still do some sightseeing and went out of the way to hand draw a map of key places and walkways in Cannes and Monaco...

"First of all, the neighborhood is lovely and the lobby was classy and inviting! The staff was exceptionally helpful! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it! Great location and nice breakfast menu too!"

"Our room smelled like smoke - even though it was non smoking room. They offered to move us in the morning but it was a short trip Ac was great , staff was mostly responsive The shower was backing up , asked them to look into it nothing happened . Charging ports next to bed were not working , not fixed Room was spacious, great view , very convenient location This hotel can be much better with more upkeep The rooms were very clear and comfortable"

"Great location close to old town and la promenade. Rooftop pool and restaurant are awesome. Service is friendly and efficient. The main issue is the AC is the room. We booked a family suite with king size bed and pull-out couch and AC was not able to keep the room even comfortable, so forget cool. We were all hot at night so this was not pleasant. They advertised AC, and the prices included such a service but it's essentially non-existent. The gym was also rather disappointing for a 4-star...

"We loved our stay! The hotel itself is super cute with a nice seating and bar area in the lobby. The room was pretty decently sized, clean, and quiet. We had a balcony which came with some chairs and a small table which was great. The hotel staff was very nice and super helpful! The location is great, as it’s about a 10 min walk from the main promenade/beach and about another 10 min walk from the main train station."

"Great hotel location. close to train or tram station to go to the old town. Lots of restaurants, shops abd cafes. The rooms are spacious, and we get free flow of water."

"Gorgeous view with a balcony facing the water. Very large room in comparison with others hotels on the promenade. Very nice entrance with a ramp to make getting big roller bags in easier. Breakfast was included with my stay and was OK. Bathroom was very spacious, but bed was hard as a rock. Overall, I was very pleased with the value, and it was very clean and modern."
