Some of the walls were very damp with bubbling of the paint and mould. There was mould around the bathroom plug and around the edge of the shower. "On arrival Monday 4.30pm, this is a really lovely property, clean & tidy, parking not a big issue, quiet street, but the property was freezing cold, heating thermostat set at OFF, boiler was on. Boiler water very low topped up nothing. Hottub cold was 29°. We went through welcome pack no owner details, no heating details, hottub details 3 pages of, do's & don't's, main detail for hottub was DONT TOUCH TEMP BUTTONS.
