"We loved staying here before our cruise. It was easy to walk to eat and the Piketown Market. The shuttle is perfect for 10.00 a person to get to your cruise ship. If the weather is nice you can easily walk to the Norwegian terminal. Would stay here again!"

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I checked in around 4 PM and left by 6 PM because the room was absolutely disgusting. The entire room smelled terrible, the bathroom was filthy, and there was already used toilet paper left behind when I arrived. Clearly, the room was not cleaned properly before giving it to a guest. The room was also extremely small and nothing like what was expected or advertised. Paying customers should not have to walk into a dirty, foul-smelling...

"8th floor no AC! Gave us two fans and still 80 degrees all night. Had to leave the windows cracked with no screen. Woke up with sweat soaked sheets. Teeny tiny room. Fridge didn't work. Room was not very clean and no water pressure. Alarm was still set from previous guest and rang at 530am Parking garage dingy, unattended, no gate or cameras. Gave a keypad code but key pad had no electricity to it and did nothing as there was no gate. Super bad part of town. Only thing ok about this place was...
