"My stay was short, so I didn't utilize any extra amenities, and can't really rate them ( thus the "good" rating ) but the room was clean, quiet and the night person working the desk was very kind. Great spot."

Seattle has ridiculous high taxes on everything, but $29.95 of this was a so-called guest amenities fee. What the hell is a guest amenities fee?? "Super adorable historic stay. We loved all the preserved history and the little details throughout the hotel. Even the scent had that charming antique feel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Our room was perfec, I truly had zero complaints."

"The airport shuttle was prompt and drivers very courteous. Is set up at the airport is not directly the fault of the hotel, however it’s a confusing and ridiculous setup. The courtesy phones do not work and due to the fact i was just returning from overseas, i had to message my friend in Alaska, to call the hotel to tell them I was ready for pick up. "
