"This place is long-term residential in nature. You can't count on someone at the desk except for certain hours, and my room was not serviced during the 8 days I was there. Coffee is provided from a machine only four hours a day, and during my stay the machine went empty and there was no sugar. That said, my room was spacious and had what one needs for a long-term stay. "

"The reception had only one associate and check in was very slow, we requested early check in as my husband was having severe foot ache but were denied.The rooms had dirty smell probably coming from the carpet. The bath tub was very dirty with yellow stains all over and the shower curtain was old and dirty. The drinking water was only available on main floor with just a pitcher and loaded with ice, tea coffee was not available 24/7. The staff specifically the women associate was rude and when...

"For the price we paid, it was good enough. Location is great, 15 minutes' nice walk to the center of Seattle, the Aquarium, Pike Place Market, main tourist areas, and we felt safe. The amenities are outdated, there is no AC in the rooms, and we had to open the windows, but we didn't notice any loud noise. The hotel is very old, but well accommodated."

"Everything was clean, staff was friendly. Major downfall you cant sleep in the room, the air unit is so loud it rattles non stop. It was the loudest room i have ever tried to sleep in. Really put a damper on the vacation, everyone was exhausted because of lack of sleep. "
