"The motel was dirty, Roaches in the room. See pics. Staff was not helpful and would not give me the number to the main headquarters. Instead they told me to look it up online, they also tried to book me for 2 days instead of 1 and would not cancel it, but told me to call the main office instead. I had to demand they give me the number and stay present while i called the main office to cancel the in authorized extra night they booked me for."

"The staff was overwhelmed with people evacuated with the hurricane. Everyone with one notable exception in the restaurant was fabulous. Room was not serviced for two days without asking and never done on third day, but small issue considering overall craziness in hotel."

"This is the second time I have visited the property this fall and again, major humidity issues in the room. They put a dehumidify in to try and assist. That is great, did not correct the problem by the way, but there should not be an issue with humidity in the first place. I have stayed there many times over the years without issue. Now, the second time in a row that humidity has been an issue. Sheets felt soaked."
