"Unsure whether room was filled cleaned. No towels no pillowcases and staff had left for the day. "

"The only thing I have to say is in room 414. There was a horrible patch job on the wall . It was about 6x13 inches. Some was ripped and plaster was on the wallpaper around it. Aesthetically It looked awful for such a nice room "

"When checked in I was not notified that the microwave and hair dryer need a light switch turned on to operate. Thought it was not plugged in / not working. Mini fridge on but did not work. There was a cigarette size burn hole on a blanket in a non smoking room (room did not smell smokey). Breakfast was ok, hot food hot. Room definitely needs to be renovated. Staff was polite, helpful and quick."

"Overall it is an older property being redone. The lobby was very nice but the excercise room was small. The evening clerk was very friendly but it was only her 4th day. Breakfast was hot, good & fresh but limited choice of bread & bagels. The room...again an older room being refreshed. It needed paint touched ups on door frame, cracked sink needed replaced, & the bathtub had tacky repaired fixtures. Overall review is ok & the room cost aas appreciate."

"I was double charged for the room. I had already paid through expedia and they charged me again. The manager claimed it was just an authorization and would go off my bill but it did not. It went through and he refused to do anything about it and basically told me he couldn't do anything about it."

"Amazing spot for a night. Staff stayed up til midnight to check me in when it usually stops at 10pm."

"We drove to the area of town where the hotel was located and decided to forfeit the cancellation and not to stay because of the location. That area of town looked pretty sketchy. Stay in one of the hotels by the interstate."

"The parking area was easy to access and was well lit at night. Every single staff member we encounter was very polite and helpful during our entire stay. The room was clean and the nicely equipped kitchen was a nice bonus. We appreciated the larger sized refrigerator. The pool area was clean with plenty of pool towels when needed."

"It was the cheapest place around. Not bad for a night's stay. The staff was friendly. The rooms were small and private. The Internet barely worked. The television was filled with snow and grainy pictures and would constantly disrupt the like it would lose signal. So you couldn't watch a full five minutes before losing signal."

"Staff was very nice to refund my money. The pictures are very deceiving. The pictures on Hotels. Com my have been from the 70's when they opened. Rooms very runned down and so was the bedding and carpet. Needs alot of TLC."

"When we checked in, he asked if we needed anything special. We requested to be on maybe level two or above. He then looked at our reservation and said since we went through a Third Party, he wasn’t able to accommodate us since they were full. Had we gone through them it might have been easier. He gave us a room on the first floor. When we got to our room, it was not very clean. The window was broken. The remote wasn’t even working. We had to go to the front desk to get batteries in order for it...
