"The room was clean. The gentleman at the front was very friendly. Only downside was literally waiting 30 minutes to take a shower because that’s how long it took for the hot water. "

"The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was Continental. Many stations spread across large dining room. We were hoping for something a bit more. Again staff was great! The pool area looked very nice. Great place for families with many activities for the kids. Beside the Colonial Williamsburg visitor center with free shuttles to the historic area. They also had a very nice path that was 1/2 mile to walk. Hotel was a bit dated. Could use some love, but overall property was...

"I only gave the facility a 3/5 because they are in the middle of remodeling and downstairs was tricky getting to the elevators. All the rest I gave 5/5. Our room is was very clean and the hallways smell new! Once the renovation is complete definitely 5/5. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was as hot, fresh and a lot of food! Definitely recommend staying here. "

"The room was disgusting. It smelled so bad (from cigarettes) I had to eat my dinner in my car. There was a hair in the bed that looked like pubes, and the room was disgusting. I had a room for a second night but cut my trip short and left. I showered as soon as I got home and washed the clean clothes I had taken because they stink if that room."
