"This is a fabulous hotel, close to the airport yet located in a very quiet place that you wouldn't know you're in a large city. The hotel was clean, room had good amenities and the staff were really lovely - made check in and check out easy and relaxed. Breakfast was included which was great value for money. This is not our first stay here and won't be out last."

"This would be my third stay here.
Unfortunately this experience was not the same as previous.
Check-in staff was lovely except the other (who I can only assume to be the manager or senior to the check-in staff) was obnoxious to say the least.
I had raised a query that the exhaust fan was not working, The check-in staff attempted to get some more info and genuinely listened and then sought guidance with the other staff (obnoxious one) who just over-talked to the both of us saying it works...

"The bed was comfortable, and we had a reasonable as we had just a overnight stay. However, the hotel is looking quite tired and run down and could really do with some TLC and updating. With a little more attention to maintenance and presentation, it could be a much nicer place to stay."
