"Nice rooms situated around small courtyards with fountains and fragrant vines (Jasmine?). A quiet oasis away from the busy streets of the city. Breakfast was very nice with both European and western food. Always had buffet to ourselves. The hotel was the best part of our visit to Firenze! Good restaurants close by and staff made good recommendations."

"They staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They gave good recommendations. The location was impeccable with a wine window less than a block away. Good gelato not far away and a fun bar around the corner Spirituum Spirits Bar had excellent espresso martinis. I would skip Braceria as the other food outside the steak was mid. But the hotel itself is beautiful and has a lift but still some stairs in the event you need a fully accessible hotel. The terrace views were great and it was a large...

"Great stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very nice. The bed was comfortable, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The hotel is very centrally located, surrounded by restaurants and bars, yet the room was still quiet. I would definitely stay here again."

"Ja het is inderdaad een 3 sterren hotel/ appartement.
De appartementen zijn wat gedateerd.
Dat is niet erg want het is wel schoon.
En ja her en der valt er wel iets op aan te merken.
Daarom zeg ik het is prima, het is een drie sterren accommodatie.
Het ontbijt was ook prima.

Voor ons was het tijdens ons verblijf gewoon goed.

"One staff met us at the specified time at the rental property with our booked room, he led us to our room, completed the checkin process, answered our questions about attractions, grocery stores etc, he was very polite and knowledgeable. The apartment was very spacious with high ceilings (probably 10 feet high), full kitchen, red tile floor, very clean. Very quiet. Very close to duomo and other attractions. Highly recommend."
