It's pretty safe when I travelled alone and it's well kept. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the strip and the airport, but also some peace and quiet time. "Clean room, friendly staff, outdoor pool close too early, I wish till 9pm. Valet parking. it was my nephew’s birthday so they upgraded the room at no extra cost. I like that no casino on site. Fashion show mall is just across the street so my teenagers love it. "

"Awesome food My wife and I have never been to the buffet We just are not buffet people, we stick to the restaurants They are all good. Can’t go wrong with any of them. The place is spotless. The bathrooms are beyond spotless. The staff is extremely professional. This is really a super nice hotel. And this comes from someone who is so, I’m told, very very fussy."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Also, there were several restaurants inside the hotel that were very nice. I would definitely recommend booking the hotel for a wonderful experience."

"We didn’t get any house keeping during our 4 day stay. We had a toddler so you can imagine the mess over 4 days. The toddler has a spit up and we explicitly requested the front desk( since phone was not working and speaking to the cleaning staff in the hallway didn’t work ) , still no show of house keeping. Everything else was ok. "
