"Room was not cleaned. Sheets were dirty with pet fur, stains on pillows, trash can had garbage from previous occupant, floors dirty. Was told it was the last room available and no effort was made to help the situation. Had to ask for clean linens and change the bed ourselves. Property overall in poor condition and unclean. WiFi signal did not reach the room. Bathroom did have updated fixtures and great water pressure."
