Wish I would’ve asked for my money back and just left honestly. Staff was great but room made me want to never come back. Honestly probably won’t."

"When I checked in the front desk worker was extremely helpful in ensuring I had the best stay possible. There was an event happening Wednesday through Friday, taking up half of the hotel’s rooms, and the worker desired everyone to enjoy their stay. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and proactive approach to service! Hotel could use some updating of their flooring, paint & decorations, but overall solid facility."

"My spouse and I chose the Baymont Inn and suites in Northwood,. Ohio mainly ,because of the reasonable price and that it included breakfast. Upon arrival, we found our room to be clean and the staff helpful. The hotel was near a great selection of places to eat and convenient stores for everyday needs . "Stayed here a few times before, this time it was obvious up keep maintenance was lacking, from the poorly operating and aesthetically un pleasing window blind, the cut in the fabric in the lounge chair in the room and a poorly created wall paper patch on the wall. The staff was excellent and the lobby and outside were well maintained"
