"The room advertised does not look anything like the room it is we got in the hotel. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. It was not made up. There was soap in the tub that was melted. When we went to the office. There was another customer complaining, wanting a refund they were told corporate would not allow that they put us in another room. The last room in town it had gnats and was dirty. Highly recommend stay away."

"Opponent arrival, I used the lobby restroom, which had flies and bugs in it. The furniture in the lobby was filthy and worn out. I arrived an hour early and they said they still had not cleaned the room yet so I said I would gladly wait. Upon a visual inspection of the room after they cleaned it, it had been hastily done. Sheets were not changed and everything reeked of some industrial cleaning fluid. Expedia did give me a $25 return of my money that I used on an alternate hotel that evening....

"The owner of the house, Colleen was like an angel. My grandmother lived in the same neighborhood as Sunnyside and I had no idea and I know she would be happy that I ended up in the Hands of such a beautiful soul. She cooks like an amazing southern chef and is so hospitable. She has two very friendly and beautiful dogs and makes you feel right at home. I came for a family reunion and I think I added to the family! My husband and I are extremely happy and we can’t wait to come back!"

"This is a perfect place to relax. The beds are wonderful. The host goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. His breakfast was outstanding. The cottage has two porches to relax and have a glass of wine, read a book, or just have a quiet conversation. Any time you are in Natchez, MS. "The Lobby has been updated and modernized but nothing else above the 1st floor matches it.Various Owners since the late 90's; New Owner just took over 3wks ago. The Property needs some maintenance repairs and All rooms need updates. Very good complimentary breakfast. Some very nice staff persons, nice pool, nice gym !"

"My card was charged for the full amount of the stay although I had already payed online. The ice machine was down on floor, there were not enough towels, and whom ever was staying above me allowed their child/children to run, and stomp through the floors."

"The staff was friendly but housekeeping is severely lacking. We stayed 3 nights and no one ever came to replace our towels, make the beds, empty the trash or vacuum. Yet, they had the audacity to knock on our door a whole hour before checkout time after being M.I.A. the whole weekend. The first time we asked for fresh towels, we were told the policy was that we had to return our dirty towels to the desk in order to get new ones. We did that the 2nd night and a different person said that's not...
