My grandmother lived in the same neighborhood as Sunnyside and I had no idea and I know she would be happy that I ended up in the Hands of such a beautiful soul. She cooks like an amazing southern chef and is so hospitable. She has two very friendly and beautiful dogs and makes you feel right at home. I came for a family reunion and I think I added to the family! My husband and I are extremely happy and we can’t wait to come back!"

"My card was charged for the full amount of the stay although I had already payed online. The ice machine was down on floor, there were not enough towels, and whom ever was staying above me allowed their child/children to run, and stomp through the floors."

Yet, they had the audacity to knock on our door a whole hour before checkout time after being M.I.A. the whole weekend. "The room advertised does not look anything like the room it is we got in the hotel. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. It was not made up. There was soap in the tub that was melted. When we went to the office. There was another customer complaining, wanting a refund they were told corporate would not allow that they put us in another room. The last room in town it had gnats and was dirty. Highly recommend stay away."

"Opponent arrival, I used the lobby restroom, which had flies and bugs in it. The furniture in the lobby was filthy and worn out. I arrived an hour early and they said they still had not cleaned the room yet so I said I would gladly wait. Upon a visual inspection of the room after they cleaned it, it had been hastily done. Sheets were not changed and everything reeked of some industrial cleaning fluid. Expedia did give me a $25 return of my money that I used on an alternate hotel that evening....

"First, I thought I booked a king-size bed, but we ended up with a queen-size in a very small room. Your site said there was an elevator but we got there to discover it wasn’t functioning. I managed the stairs, but I do have mobility problems and was frustrated there was no elevator.
