"Loved the resort- highly recommend a check-in a better overview of all amenities available. Would’ve appreciated booking the spa we booked online through Expedia so we did not know this was an option. We absolutely loved the restaurant waiter but it was unfortunate He was the only one staffed for the restaurant and the bar. He made the experience very memorable and had the best hospitality. The food was great, but I think you would have a better turnout if there was more staff support."

"I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher. Rooms could definitely use some new carpet as they were gross with stains everywhere. Living room chair was cut with big hole. Beds were fairly comfortable. Nice view of...

"The hotel was clean, and every employee we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to the gentleman at the front desk. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome, explained everything in detail, and made sure we had all the information we needed. Throughout our stay, he checked in to ensure everything was going well and that we were comfortable."

"Not only where the rooms peeling paint, moldy, and overall dirty they actually had no soap, yes soap, to provide for their guests in the entire hotel. I have traveled five continents and 48 states and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed!"

"When my expert advice would be not to go to the polynesian, if you ever decide to go on vacation, it is the worst experience I've ever had in my life. It ruined a complete vacation for me in my life that was supposed to be in our honeymoon, but it was so bad we ended up having to get another hotel on her birthday to celebrate both her birthday and our wedding and our anniversary because it sucked so bad at that hotel. "General Manager was rude. Yelling at staff members and talking over customers. It took over 45 minutes to checkin. Once in the room the stove was rusty, floor still had sand from the beach. When I booked the room it said oceanfront but the balcony is located on the side of the building."

"Overall our stay was not all that bad. We had a great view of the beech and easy straightforward access without having to go way around any obstacles to get to the beech. The property was in fair condition, but you can tell it needs a lot of work. Our ac didn’t seem to be able to keep up so it was very warm in our room even overnight when you’d think the ac would be more capable, so we just bought a fan to help supplement the ac.
