"Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view."

"We stayed in a two bedroom condo here for 7 days but wanted to extend our stay by one night so we had to move to an available one bedroom. Each staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Specifically the moving of rooms was very easy and they even offered to move our stuff to the next room if we did not want to wait and if we put it all onto a cart. "We were on the 6th floor fortunately high enough to where we could see around the buildings in front of our building that we were told was oceanfront. The lazy river and pool were nice and it is easy access to the beach. We utilized John’s to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The room was in good condition. "The outdoor pool area was disgusting; many dirty diapers around the chairs and on the ground around the lazy river, nasty paper towels or some type of decaying paper products floating in the water and around the outer edges. My young children were even grossed out by it and no one would go in. When bringing it to the front desks attention, nothing was done other than telling us no one was as onsite to look. "Property was as pictured. Close to the beach and my kids loved all the different pools and the on site water park. We used the pool at our tower multiple times a day as it was mostly empty all the time."

"The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The bar by the pool has sooo many yummy frozen drinks. And the beach is clean in front of the hotel."

"People should know that it is a remote registration hotel. There is no on-site front desk. But it works pretty well."
