"The check-in process was easy and there was no pesky deposit required. We even got a free upgrade! Ashley at the front desk was very helpful, as well as Amy who handled the breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff and the room was spacious and clean. Things were unplugged so we initially thought fixtures were broken. The bathroom area was much nicer than other places we have stayed. There was clear presence of maintenance on hand who were diligently working on projects."

"Not up to this group's usual standard. An old and loud AC unit was the most negative part of the stay. Staff were not rude but certainly not welcoming. We had to ask about breakfast times and other amenities - the answers were perfunctory. I was not welcomed as a Bonvoy member. Breakfast service was spotty - I ordered a breakfast burrito and received a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. As the only customer at the time, this was not someone else's order.
