"What a treasure we found! Everything was fabulous especially the staff and the breakfast. The room was large and comfortable and we were even able to pay for parking on-site. I highly recommend this little gem."

"Walking in the first thing I notice was the rooms were extremely small. No biggie. But then a few major things like plumbing was backed up so shower water filled up the floor and same thing with the bathroom faucets.. the power outlets did not work so I couldn’t charge my phone which ended up being a major issue for my night out. One of the worst properties I have stayed at. To make matters worse there is no one to physically talk to for check in so it just made it all that much more difficult....

"Rooms are tiny, with no place to place anything down. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, even across the hallway. Good location though."

"Not fancy but it did the trick. Very clean large room, comfortable bed and well located. Helpful and courteous staff. 2 minor complaints; the room keys were easily de-magnetized if you put them next to any electronics (in your pocket next to your phone). Also, the shower would get really hot randomly, so you needed to constantly adjust."

"The hotel was recently sold and under new owners. It was like taking a walk back to the 50's -70's..it was frequented by rock and roll bands. It shows alot of history. The beds are very comfortable and the room was clean and smelled good. Even though it is located on a busy street it was quite."

"I loved my stay, the staff was super helpful (cleaning staff.) It was a decently sized room with a bay window and such a cute aesthetic. I was able to reach out to customer service easily, and had very few issues. The proximity to Dolores park and being able to uber everywhere was also a plus. Only downside is the drug abuse happening on the street but that’s pretty much every downtown."

"Stayed in the room with detached bathroom because I didn’t read the description closely enough. The room itself was tiny and had no exterior windows. (I hit my knee pretty hard on the bed frame and my partner hit his head on the tv trying to get around the bed). It was musty/muggy and hard to ventilate in the room and the bathroom. The bathroom mirror wasn’t clean when we arrived. The shared space was nice, but the water dispenser stopped working and the coffee wasn’t really drinkable. Maybe the...

"Bedbugs. Completely stained bed cover. Hair in the sheets. Next to a loud bar. Dirty in general. I found a bed bug and got a refund and stayed somewhere else. Yes, it’s cheap but I wouldn’t sleep here for free."

"The beds were comfortable and the location within easy reach of the city attractions. The photos online are from a past refurbishment. The actual rooms and main lobby look much more tired than the photos. There isn’t air conditioning in all rooms and the rooms get very warm. A comfortable stay but not awesome."

"Make sure u check the night stands. Someone left their drugs in the night stand. Also the AC smelled like urine the whole time. They do provide extra linen staff nice Just need to be mindful of drugs in room safety for kids."

"Other than the block it’s on is the sketchiest one in San Francisco. if you need a no-frills, just a room to sleep and a place to stash your bags. This is the best joint 100 yards to the Bart station to/from the airport is perfect."
