"A tastefully and comfortably modernised pub in a somewhat downbeat village near the M1 and airport but surprisingly quiet. The M1 is white noise in the background. I couldn't hear the planes. Rooms in the pub's grounds were comfortable with parking right outside and the food was amazing, including breakfast. No soggy mushrooms! If I was a lone female traveller I would feel particularly safe here. Very happy that we broke our journey overnight and will definitely do so again. "

"Tremendous value. We were in Leicestershire for a pre-Christmas family get-together. The hotel was everything we needed. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable, the staff friendly and happy to help, and the hotel had a pleasant festive vibe about it. Great location in the middle of Quorn too. Thanks again to the hotel manager who whipped out the first aid kit when I was daft enough to injure a couple of fingers at 10pm on a Sunday evening."

Bar / restaurant offered excellent food and drinks both in the evening and next morning for breakfast. Continental Breakfast included in the price was more than sufficient for our needs. Hopefully we'll get another opportunity to stay there. "
