"The hotel was very good overall, and the room was extremely comfortable. However, the one area that let the experience down was the housekeeping service. Items such as dirty glasses were not replaced or cleaned, which gave the impression that the daily service was limited to simply making the bed. For a five-star hotel, this level of attention to detail is not quite good enough."

"Breakfast, omg breakfast. It was absolutely amazing at hashagogo. PJ is the best waiter ever, in life. He made breakfast so enjoyable, entertaining, and fun, he is hands down one reason why I would come for another vacation sit, because of his hospitality. "First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
