"The staff was helpful and the room was clean. Great little space close to what we needed. The front desk even held our bags after we checked out so we could explore the city. One minus was the pillows; they were too firm. We would definitely stay again. "

"It is a somewhat old hotel but clean. Location is fantastic. Rooms have safe and desk but no fridge. Bathroom is small, especially the sink. Shower is weird with 4 distinct knob but hard to fine tune the temperature."

"Location is great if you want to explore most of manhattan. No sense of security issues. Main issue was how thin the walls were and the sheets. You can hear every syllable your neighbors say. Also the sheets are a tad bit thin especially if traveling in colder months. Good value for the location "

"This is for the traveler who wants to be walking distance to broadway/Times Square action. The room is small, clean, and very basic but very comfortable for a night’s sleep. Food and entertainment choices are plenty outside your door. Coffee and filtered water are available on the basement and 2nd level lounge. No elevator so not recommended for those with mobility issues."
