"We got there mid afternoon and our room wasn't ready, which is fine, so went to Greenville 4 minutes down the road for the day. When we got back later that night, the parking lot was full. We asked where we should park And we're told in the Taco Bell parking lot. We asked if that would be okay, and got a hesitated, "It should be." Needless to say, I was worried all night checking on it. Thankfully it was okay, but a hotel should have enough parking spaces for all of the guests. Room was ok. Clean. Just surprised how run down The property was for being just 4 minutes down the road from Greenville. "

"The Hotels.com stated check-in was 3pm, but it wasn’t until 4pm. I received a text that my room was ready and you follow the virtual instructions. My door code didn’t come through so I had to call to receive my door code, which was texted to me. The location was so convenient to Ready Falls, restaurants, and shops. It was nice having a lot a kitchen and laundry to use. However, the bed was uncomfortable like a futon and the bathroom door did not latch. "
