"Loads of dust in the room when I arrived. Shower tube was leaking, many of the holes in the shower head were clogged with limescale. Planks were hanging because the screws were loose. Box with tissues in bathroom was empty.
Handsoap and shower gel is the same liquid. And very watery, definitely mixed with water.
I borrowed a travel adapter from the reception desk but it didn't work.
Half of the rooms electricity plugs didn't work but the other half did so I managed.
Desk lamp was unplugged,...

"Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. "

"Arrived to find booking had been cancelled but staff very helpful and re-instated. Automated process to check in but staff on hand to help if needed. Room basic with just bed, ensuite shower/toilet, no windows, no storage apart from couple of hangong hooks for coats. No TV or kettle/coffee/tea. Bed was on step up from bathroom...managed to stub toes on step a few times. Bed low to floor. Power and light switch next to bed. Wi-Fi free and good. Room a lot cheaper than other hotels in vicinity so...

"Clean home, very comfortable furniture. May need a new sofa soon. To many mirrors in the bathroom a title uncomfortable. The lock box should be placed in a new spot. There was garbage covering the box and we could not locate the box and didn’t realize it could be under the garbage bag. Good spot to ride the train. Travel lodge staff very helpful"

"Excellent location for O2 venue, which is why we chose this establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meal at the pub was 'nice' although portion size was not too generous.
Room was very small (superior double) en-suite facilities were also tiny. Stairway and corridors leading to the rooms are narrow and steep (we were on the 3rd floor). Did not experience noise from the pub or road, this may not be the case in summer as there is many outside/rooftop tables."

"I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...
