"The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."

"Colleen could not be more cooperative and reactive. We really enjoyed our stay at this very special place. We know Grenada very well and this is clearly a cut above most of the competition there. Highly recommended"
