"I’ve been to the Malpensa Moxi and liked it before. I loved the setting of the lobby, bar and restaurants here room design could be improved since they are not very spacious. Maybe a smaller armchair would help. The only thing I didn’t like is that, despite being clean, the bathroom smelled even with the toilet lid closed. Maybe a sewage problem?"

We parked a car with no issues, and we ate dinner in the hotel restaurant (in fact, it was one of our best dinners on our two week trip!). Would stay again."

Lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping stores in the area. Easy access to public transportation. Minutes to central station and Duomo. Well maintained room with enough towels and bath supplies. 24-hour access to coffee, hot water, cold water, and carbonated water."

"Room was good and staff was also helpful but a smell in corridors that can be reduced with little effort. Bed sheets were not changed on 2 nd day but housekeeping was done. On the whole it was better place to spend some days. One more remarkable thing that breakfast was really so so good ."

"Booked this as it was close to the airport and had a shuttle service. The reality is the shuttle service is unreliable and in frequent. In the end, I had to catch a taxi to the hotel from the airport which is actually very difficult because it’s such a short journey. The next day, I actually walked from the airport to the hotel. "Awful hotel. The only positive location. At check in the staff couldn’t find our reservation in spite of giving them the reservation number and showing them the email. They were generally rude, didn’t tell us about the property etc. but worst of all is when my daughter went to the bathroom she slid the door closed without even locking it and the door jammed and she was locked in. We had to go to the lobby as no one answered our phone then after about 15 minutes a man came up with a butter knife...

"Zimmer ganz ok. Das Badezimmer war sehr sehr alt, nicht schön und auch nicht wirklich sauber. Die Möbel abgekratzt. Die dusche hatte nur lauwarmes Wasser und fast keinen Wasserdruck."
