"We like the location as it's very tranquil, 10-15 minutes walk to Hammersmith Station. Good restaurants nearby. We had one meal in the bar which was very nice. The room is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They will help you with your luggage if asked. There is no lift to the rooms. "Das einzige was gestört hat, dass man das Fenster zum lüften nicht öffnen bzw. schräg stellen konnte. Die Klimaanlage konnte das nicht ersetzen. Man fühlte sich irgendwie eingeengt. Ansonsten zu empfehlen. Schönes Ambiente und Restaurant."

"It was a very nice place to stay. Location was excellent for transport which was most of the reason I chose it. The room was good size for London and the shower was excellent. Do be aware that they put a sizable hold on your credit card (mine was £300 for 4 nights) against any money you might spend at the restaurant or damage caused to the room. Im Außenbereich stehen 3 Tische, an denen man bei schönem Wetter frühstücken kann. Sonst keine Sitzmöglichkeiten zum frühstücken. Zimmer sauber aber klein. Zum schlafen ausreichend. Der Stadtteil Hammersmith ist super um schnell überall hinzukommen. Wir würden wiederkommen."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

Locaged right next to morrisons and the market so perfect for a breakfast before heading out and plenty of street parming available nearby. Front desk staff were very helpful, we checked in on arrival at 12.15pm so very early and were given a nice spacious room on floor 3. Beds were comfy but only had 1 pillow each and bedding very thin but perfect for the hot weather while we stayed. Air con didnt work but a fan...
