"The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early."

Location was great and really close to West Brompton and Earl’s Court tube stations as well as some really good pubs! We stayed for a full week and everything was perfect! "

"Walkable to transportation, shopping, and food. Spent a great deal at T.K. Maxx getting things I didn't prepare for. Very accommodating staff. Apartment was nice and clean. Appliances were clean. Would stay again. If stairs are a problem, ask for a lower unit. "

"Steps away from the West Brompton tube station / District Line that easily takes us to the heart of London attractions. Excellent service, they stored our luggage for free before and after check-in. We learned from the staff we can pre-book early check-in for a fee, we will do that next time. Breakfast selection is great for the price. Enjoyed our stay. Will come back when we visit London next time. "
