"Generally a good experience. Asked for a quiet room, ended up on the 7th floor facing the main roads, so not too quiet. Also sounded like I was next to a plant room that rumbled all night. Panoramic view from thiis floor from room spoilt by very dirty exterior windows."

"The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early."
