"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...

"Location is what its all about in Porto and this location was perfect...just literally around the corner from the Porto Cathedral and an easy (well uphill or downhill) walk to the train station. "Extremely comfortable rooms, especially when you book the apartment. very nice staff in the hotel, very good pricing for the garage (10 €/day). We liked it very much. The distance to the city of Porto is walkable, just 20min by feet down the hill. we didn't take breakfast (we are not the breakfast people) but it looked fantastic and we were allowed the take the first coffee. Lovely service!!"

"One big plus is that it is in a very central location and very close to the seaside. I think the pictures are a bit misleading as it is located on a VERY busy road and you can basically hear all the traffic all the time when you are in your room due to very poor insulation.
