"I had an amazing experience. I accidentally booked the wrong day, but the man at the front desk was extremely helpful and let me stay in an open room. This was at midnight, and his attitude was great. He also gave me some information about the island, how to get around, and which sites to see. He also shuttled us to the airport the next morning for our scheduled car rental pick up. Amazing amazing staff. The room itself was spacious and warm with a sink in the room. "We stayed in this hotel for 2 days because of the weather and its closer to the airport. The TV not working and the staff was trying to move us in a smaller room that was totally different from the price we paid. The staff is not friendly."

"Lovely hotel with very convenient car hire nearby, and the hotel also offers a shuttle service. The breakfast is good, and the restaurant serves very nice dinners. We had ribs and duck—both were great comfort food. The Icelandic drinks taste great, and the water is truly something unique to the country. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you."

"I was SO glad we booked here. It was the only way we saw the northern lights. Having a place where we could park free was a game changer. It was quaint and quiet, and the rooftop sauna and hot tub were a nightly delight. A classic Icelandic setting, so much more memorable than any common hotel chain."
