"Reserved a room with 2 beds and requested ground floor. None available offered 3rd floor close to either elevator or stairs. Requested elevator as I have mobility issues. The room assigned was next door to loud construction which we were told would continue until 6.30pm...on a Sunday evening. Requested another room but no options were acceptable. "Tiny bathroom, shower rod hung up Ruth caulking, paint or white stuff all over tub. Rough shape but clean. They missed wake up call as well. "

"The airport shuttle was available 24/7. It was convenient to wait for it for 15 minutes. The hotel was clean and just the perfect thing for an overnight stay before a very early flight."

As well, came town for breakfast and 1 piece of bread was there a couple yogurts, couple boiled eggs and runny waffle mix was there for breakfast. Very disappointing. La Quinta in Phoenix blows this place away. "
