"The Quality inn is definitely starting to lack in quality. The wall paper is peeling, there was a hole in the bathroom door, webs and dead bugs around the windows. The bathroom had a cigarette odor. This hotel is in serious need of major upgrades. It was tolerable for the one night I needed but if it was any longer I would have requested my money back. It is definitely time for the owners to put some TLC into this place. "

"Not a bad hotel I wish had breakfast included as there was barely any good or drink options. Unfortunelty others staying in the hotel ran theough the halls all night until 3am even after staff spoke to them. Did not get a good rest there. "

"My wife and I spent our 2nd anniversary weekend here and the experience was truly amazing. The property was far more dreamy than it looked in the pictures, with such breathtaking views and the warm, cozy feeling of being with nature. The staff were all nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great, with continental options. You also have the option of ordering some things on your own at an added cost. There are tons of activities to do around the area, especially in the Summer...

"The AC/HEAT unit sounded like a jet engine. The room was hot when I arrived. The cove base was missing or coming off the wall in several places. The door hardware was very loose and I’m sure the room I was in could be broken into very easily. The tv didn’t work properly. The parking area was in dire need of repair. There was no included breakfast"

"I stayed at the dorm hotel, visiting my daughter at Cornell. The first night I was there. The room had a generator outside there was no way I could sleep. I had to attend a few functions at the next day. Completely exhausted. Thankfully, they put me in a different room the following night and I was finally able to sleep. Overall, the dorm hotel is very clean and very convenient. If I were the manager, I would have handed out a discount for another visit for how uncomfortable that first room was,...

"Great staff, gave me free upgrade to tower view room. Great location. Buffet is great. Complimentary fresh fruit water and lemon water tastes fresh. Little blueberry muffins are sweet. Everything is great. Will definitely come back."
