"Overall, my stay was okay, but the hotel needs better maintenance and cleanliness. The shower tiles were dirty, the toilet did not flush properly, and there was mold around the sink. The entrance to my floor had leaves all over the walkway, making it look poorly maintained. The building felt old and did not smell fresh, and the dark colors added to the worn, outdated atmosphere. "The hotel is in a corporate park location so it was very quiet and in a nice setting. The staff was super helpful in accommodating our large party of 25. The only complaints I have is that the AC is extremely noisy and there is a tub instead of a shower that seems to be on a slight slant making it slippery and not easy to shower. Room was nice and everything was clean."

"Great spot for a weekend getaway in Ithaca. The 1831 mansion restoration is stunning and gives the whole place a really cool vibe. My partner and I loved winding down at Bar Argos in the evening—the drinks and atmosphere are excellent. Having proper coffee right in the lobby the next morning was a huge plus. It is super walkable to the Commons, making it the perfect base for a couple's trip. Definitely stay here over a generic hotel chain."
