"The historic inn was nicely renovated and well maintained with a lot of character. We were on the second floor and our room was spacious with what felt like a new mattress. The inn was clean and quiet. Very nice toiletries were provided. Breakfast was made to order and delicious--how special is that! "Everything was fantastic, we appreciated the pool as we traveled with a child and yes the water was warm. Outside they have lounge chairs if you like to tan, a grill, and a firepit. Breakfast is not included but it is very good. If I ever travel to Ithaca again I will definitely be booking here"

"Wonderful small property near the lake and with a view of the lake. Very peaceful and calm location. Fun to just sit outside and have a drink and get a view of the lake. Good restaurants 10 minutes away in the town."

We were there for our daughter's graduation from Cornell and the nightly rate was 3 times more than usual. But, it seems that most of the other hotels in the area also took advantage of the demand and price gouged."

"The hotel was not what I expected, the breakfast buffet was barely stocked a comment was made by a staff member that they keep minimal out due to the sports teams that come through. I was on the 3rd floor and the carpets clearly had not been vacuumed in a long time. The garbage in the hall by the elevators were overflowing and not emptied during my 2 day stay. I chose this hotel and paid more to stay here compared to other hotels expecting a clean and comfortable stay."
