"The room smelled bad, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and I found bugs in the room even though the doors and windows were kept closed. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep were below expectations."

"Hotel was bright and cheery. We stayed there for graduation weekend and there were festive decorations and snacks available as well as a welcome event. The breakfast was plentiful and there was an area to dine outside. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and we loved the kitchenette area. Our original plan was to stay at a more upscale hotel but after experiencing this hotel I would absolutely return."

"This hotel has bad ratings. But the room was actually quite nice. Just outdated. It was clean and smelled good. I've stayed in a lot of cheap hotels and beggars can't be choosers. For as cheap as it was to stay here. It's a great place. That's why I'm trying to give it five stars. Well worth the money."

"Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Ithaca. Unfortunately, the parking garage next to the hotel is under construction so we had to unload and then park a few blocks away. This was time consuming, though the hotel did its best to alleviate the problem. Overall it was s very good stay."

"I mistakenly booked this hotel for a Thursday instead of the Friday I needed. I caught my mistake immediately after hitting purchase. I had inadvertently booked it for that same night. I reached out to Expedia and the hotel to ask if they could please cancel my reservation. Expedia said they would allow it but the hotel denied the claim and charged me the full price. There should be an option to fix an error within minutes of making it. Its insane that I was charged over $220 for a mistake I...

"The hotel was clean and the room felt spacious. The location to downtown is perfect and parking was incredibly easy. The room service was extremely limited, closed randomly, and not great food, but downtown has other good options."

"We canceled the stay. The room smells very bad, we asked for room change. Even we arrived very early, most people not arrive yet. The guy at the checkin counter didn't allow us to change to other room. He forced us to cancel the stay. It was a terrible experience to us, so sad.And so mad."
