"Gardenia Suite is a lovely guest house! It's in a great location and and on a quiet courtyard. Our room was beautiful and very clean. In contrast to a B&B or hotel, there is no breakfast, but it's easy to get something quick nearby or store a couple things in the little fridge and use the electric kettle for coffee or tea. "At the outset, the listing services need to make clear that this is NOT a hotel. It is basically an Air B and B or a guesthouse. There is no front desk, and you never see a human being. The "Suites" are basically 4 rooms on the floor of a condominium that take up about half the floor. The directions on how to find and access the room should be clearer. They neglected to say that you need to turn left after entering the building. If the rating were based on the room alone, I would give it 4...
