"All the staff we met were , friendly and helpful. Gave us a map and highlighted attractions. The rooms were clean and lovely. There was a communal terrace area where you could sit. The breakfast was very nice and were lots of choice, croissants, pastries, fruit, ceral, toast etc. Choices of juices and coffees etc. Pizza restaurant next door. There is a supermarket across the road and a taxi rank over the road. You could get taxes easily. Lots of attractions within walking distance. Really...

"Excellent location and staff very helpful, they even arranged our transfer from the airport. Kudos to them. Only issue is breakfast is advertised but when we asked it was not available, so this should probably be removed from the website. Overall very convenient location close to everything. Walking distance to most attractions. "

"Room wasn't very clean, dusty. My spouse got allergies each time we came back to our room. He would wear a mask to bed as the room was very dusty. Breakfast wasn't included in our stay. The hotel is very charming, in a peaceful location close to all the attractions. "

"L’accoglienza è stata ottima e la signora che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima. La posizione è buona per stare al centro, bisogna camminare 10 minuti per la metro più vicina ma è un bel quartiere e si fa senza problemi. La colazione viene servita in un bar convenzionato dove è possibile prendere caffè (o cappuccino) e cornetto. Abbiamo chiesto un cappuccino senza lattosio o di soia e ci hanno chiesto un supplemento di €0,40."

"The room was excellent. Completely spotless and clean! Location is close to train station which was a plus. Ana, the Port Inn representative was very very friendly and helpful. Did not explore much around the hotel we are so tired from flying 8.5 hours. Drive to cruise ship terminal is not far which is good. Thank you Ana!"
