"Room was nice, cleaning staff was good, and was able to check in bag early until time to check in. Check in lady was not helpful. Laundry costs were extremely expensive. 1 pair of socks was going to cost $7usd to wash. Had to find a laundromat instead as a result."

"Great hotel great location within 20 minutes walking to the city centre. Would have been 5/5 noting the first 3 nights of our stay we did not need to inform housekeeping to clean our room however on the last night was not cleaned. For consistency please have a sign in the room that u are an eco friendly hotel so guests understand the policy. Great breakfast."

"Le personnel est très accueillant. Le lieu est propre et avec un petit cachet rustique. Il est parfaitement situé pour ceux qui veulent visiter le Bastion des pêcheurs, l’église St-Matthias ou le château de Buda. Tout cela se fait à pied, dans un joli quartier historique. Il est facile d’accès avec plusieurs autobus qui desservent le quartier. Le déjeuner était simple, mais apprécié. Je recommande si vous aimez un hébergement plus rustique qu’un « Hilton »."

"building is very old, though apt is considered clean. dryer is broken and could not be used. when I informed the receptionist regarding this matter, she told me that other guests had informed her days before and she thought the dryer will fix itself. Dryer was one of the reason we choose this property. will not come back. "

"We could not fault the hotel. However the breakfast was quite pricey. The hotel was situated in a nice quiet neighbourhood about half an hour walk from the main centre. This was ideal for us as we enjoy walking but not so if you have mobility problems."
