"Avoid if you can. The staff member at night is awful. On checkout a member of the night team tried to argue with me that I hadn't paid the local tax. He was rude, this is even though I paid on check in. This is the same member of staff who would not move me to another room due to a faulty toilet making constant noise and splashing. The sink needed unblocking too. Also, there is a club nearby that pumps music until the early morning making it impossible to sleep. The bar they advertise...

Well connected to kelenfold station, Nyugati and keleti station which are main through trains stations in Budapest! Housekeeping staff is not diligent ( stuff was not provided and when asked was provided wrong ) but I would recommend to stay here ! And breakfast was sumptuous ! And included !"
