"I had an incredible stay at this property. I was only here for a day and a half, but the hosts gave me great recommendations for restaurants and other things to do. The room was extremely clean and well-furnished. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The location cannot be beat! Right by the river so you can watch sunrise or sunset every day. "One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. A very close walk to all the port houses. Stayed in a 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom beautiful suite. The pool is quiet and clean. Had an amazing massage! The rooftop bar has the best view of the river and the bridge. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Big shout at to Claudia. She’s so friendly !!!!"

"The hotel was located on a slope . If you call a taxi, they will be able to go up the slope . My daughter and I call Uber and we had to literally haul up our luggages up the slope to reach the hotel . So that really take away the nice experience I had staying at the hotel ."

"Gran Cruz House is a beautiful boutique hotel right on the river. We booked it especially for my spouse’s birthday. He wanted to be close to the water with a water view and Gran Cruz House delivered. From initial booking, staff were responsive to all my queries and when we ran into airline flight cancellation issues, they were supportive and helpful. Antonio checked us into the hotel when we finally arrived one day after we were supposed to arrive. He was professional, helpful, and friendly....
