"The in room coffee brewer was filthy & not all the parts were there. The Front Lobby 24/7 Complimentary Coffee urns were empty as well. I ask the Desk attendant about refilling them. He didn't say anything or do anything about it. The room had a dead cockroach in the bathroom and the room had tiny gnats flying around in the room."
