"The first room we were assigned was not in the main building and had a very strong, unpleasant odor. Even after moving to the main building, the property felt so dated that we could clearly hear the sewer and plumbing sounds from the upstairs bathroom. Given the high nightly rates, the value just isn’t there—especially since the resort has no official partnership or special access relationship with the TPC Sawgrass golf course."

"Door was broken , area was bad , room was dirty and smelled. refused to switch rooms told us our only option was to stay 3 nights and maintenance would fix it then. They refused to answer phone for Expedia support then lied saying we were offered another room so they could keep our money. They said if I wanted a full refund I should have expressed my displeasure in advance and cancel 24 hours prior. When notifying the onsite manager that I can’t be away of a broke door before I get there all...

"Stained mattress covers, bug shell casings in the bed, requested refund and had to jump through hoops to get it. Beautiful area around hotel but I would pick any of the other surrounding hotels to stay at instead of this one. You have to use valet and there is an extra $30 charge to park and use it."

"Place was great, staff was very friendly, limited breakfast items but overall a nice stay and really close to the downtown. We walked the city at night and had a great time. My only complaint is price to park, especially since we booked a room and there was so much available parking spots."

Loved it had bedrooms on the first floor with there own full bathrooms Delicious cookies in the afternoon, tea, coffee soda and water available... A bonus was creme sherry in the bedroom! Nice touch! Bed was comfortable, enjoyable"
