"Clean specious room."

"The room was very clean when we arrived. The cleaning staff were extremely helpful when in need of washing. We accidentally locked the restroom late at night, and when we messaged asking for assistance, they responded immediately, and showed up within 15 minutes to resolve the problem. The gentleman who assisted us was understanding, helpful, and kind. We love staying at this place because of its close proximity to the beach, cleanliness, and quietness."

"This was a pleasant stop on our Florida vacation. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was warm and plenty of options. The room was clean. There is a train track near the hotel which does see trains which was cool for me and the kids to see, but could be bothersome to folks who want to avoid traffic and the noise of a train. "The property, the room, where you parked, all were very, very good I have to say most coffees when you travel in your room is awful and I need to tell you the coffee in this room was excellent I didn’t like several things though I didn’t care for the shower because the showerhead was too high and no grab bars at all. You don’t have to be disabled, handicap, or old, to need grab bars. Next is no microwave in the roomand I was told it was because they didn’t want to smell of food in the hallway...

"I just needed a place to sleep, and this property served that purpose. The room was basic, and the bed was comfortable. It is an older property but it was clean. The woman who helped me at the desk (who I think is the owner) was MOST helpful and very friendly. I was traveling alone and she made me feel safe. The location is also amazing. A quick walk across the bridge and you are in historic St. Augustine. Overall, a good hotel for the price."

"We reserved a clearly oversized two-bedroom suite that sported a kitchen (no stove), a large conference table and living room, plus a balcony that offered a nice view of the town and the beach (not beach side, but partial beach view). More than what my wife and I needed, but it was well maintained. Within walking distance to several good restaurants, one of which had outstanding pizza right across the street. The beach was a quick three-minute walk. Would stay here again if I ever return to St....
