This hotel was great. I will return again. Everything was very well kept and clean and the staff was kind and very attentive. The restaurant was also very good whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner as I enjoyed each different meal there on different days. The only thing I didn't do was go to the gym or get in the pool but both looked great. This will be my new location when I come to Guatemala City in the future.

During our 7 night trip we very much enjoyed our stay! The room was ample for our family of 4, having access to a washer/dryer was amazing, and the staff was always so nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with traditional Guatemalan offerings. Our housekeeper Aura was super sweet, and the hotels quiet location was a welcome respite as well. We will definitely be back soon!

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. I loved that breakfast was included, which was convenient and made it affordable to save money and spend on other activities. I loved how secure the building is and you need your key card to access the parking lot and elevators. Great hotel to stay at. The only thing is that the kitchen didn’t have any utensils, pots or pans to cook.

Fantastic stay! It's about a 15-18 minute drive from the airport with little-to-no traffic, but the shuttle service was great. My flight was delayed by over an hour, pushing my pickup time to past 1 in the morning, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful in monitoring my flight information and sending someone to wait for me when I finally arrived. When I got to the hotel, they greeted me by name with professionalism and friendliness. Grateful for their attentiveness!

I liked breakfast, most of the staff was friendly, very clean the facilities I didn’t like that even though I booked a room that includes kitchen, fridge and so on, we were asked to pay separately cutlery, dishes and glasses, that is something considered as basic in all other options where people is booking a family room, this needs to be revised
