"My wife and I had a lovely stay here. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was a good size and had a good view over the gardens and river. The staff were wonderful and the service was excellent. "Beautiful location, booked a junior suite. Be sure to ask where your room is before you commit. Our "water view" was a tiny bit of water with the building across the street as our main view. Hotel is upscale and clean but our shower door stuck (causing over-spill), our shower drain cover was unattached exposing screws, our safe didn't work, and figuring out lighting was a chore every night. Hairdryer would not work in the only outlet near mirror unless we turned most of the other lights off. We...
