Hotel Riu Ventura - All Inclusive

"My wife and I had an amazing experience at Riu Ventura! From the staff’s helpfulness and kindness to the bartenders making amazing drinks so quickly, everyone went above and beyond. The waiters were always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, and the entertainment team was wonderful as well. The food throughout the entire day was really good, which is a huge plus because it’s honestly hard to find a resort where you can enjoy great food from morning to night. The nighttime entertainment was also a lot of fun! If you’re looking for a place that combines relaxation, adventure, and a great party atmosphere when you want to get lit, this is your spot. It really has a great combination of all three, and you won’t regret it. One last thing—the room was very clean, and the entire resort was well-maintained and spotless. They also had some amazing Micheladas, which you don’t always find at other resorts, and that was a huge plus for me! Overall, my wife and I had an incredible experience, and I would definitely come back to Riu Ventura again!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ RIU Palace Las Américas — A Resort I Continue to Come Back To As someone who has stayed with RIU many times and at different RIU properties, I think repeat visits say more than anything else I could write in a review. I continue choosing RIU, and RIU Palace Las Américas remains one of the properties that keeps bringing me back. When you travel frequently, you start noticing the difference between a beautiful hotel and a hotel where the people actually make the experience special. Palace Las Américas has both. The biggest reason I continue to appreciate this resort is the staff. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed by people who genuinely seem to care about the experience you're having. The front desk, management, bell staff, housekeeping, restaurant and kitchen teams, bartenders, servers, maintenance staff, and entertainment team all contribute to making the resort what it is. I especially want to recognize the employees who work behind the scenes. Guests don't always see how much work goes into keeping a resort clean, maintaining the grounds, preparing meals, keeping restaurants running, and making sure hundreds of guests are taken care of every day. That work deserves recognition too. The entertainment team continues to be one of my favorite parts of the RIU experience. "Loved the cleanliness of the entire property. Hated the attempt to upsell almost everything. Hated the fact that the drinks smelled and tasted like alcohol but were either watered down or no alcohol in the drinks at all. I am an amateur drinker so one or two drinks should have had an effect on me. All I got after 2 drinks was a headache. I was very disappointed because it markets itself as an upscale, luxury hotel. Big props to every worker at the resort. They work extremely hard and long."

"My wife and I had our honeymoon there, and it was honestly an amazing time. The staff were super friendly and always attentive, which made us feel really welcome. The whole resort was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the food exceeded our expectations every night. I 100 percent recommend Haven Riviera for a relaxing, special getaway."

"We usually stay at a new resort each time in Mexico, but we will definitely be coming back to Iberostar. I loved the small size of the resort but it was never a bad thing because there was so much to do. The food was the best at any all inclusive I’ve stayed at. The only two things I could think to call out as improvements were there only being one option for breakfast and no breakfast room service- so you had to get up and go each morning. They did let us bring a plate of food back for my mom though. The pool tiles were coming off pretty frequently and were sharp on the feet. But overall we would definitely stay there again and enjoyed it very much!"
