"Place is a dump, upon arrival an employee was having an argument over the phone with a realtive and had the lobby locked. The clerk was extremely slow and distracted on her phone and with her child. Room was dilapidated and felt dirty. One pillow on the bed. Just overall bad experience."

"The air conditioning needs to be replaced in most rooms, ours didn’t have a filter and it didn’t blow cold. The floors weren’t swept and my brother found a broken glass pipe underneath the desk table. The guy who works the nights was absolutely amazing and jumped right on it giving us two other options. The rooms weren’t bad, but again I feel like they don’t own a broom or any cleaning supplies. "

"Extra clean rooms. Staff went above and beyond. Was very pleasant and kind. Breakfast was really good surprisingly! Good coffee. Nice pool area with hot tub. Absolutely no complaints. Would come back and would recommend to others!"
